Where to find your tracking link
- Open the shipping confirmation email we sent when your order left production. The tracking button is in the middle of the email.
- Or open your order confirmation email and click "View your order." The order status page shows live tracking once your order ships.
- If you created an account, sign in at your account page to see every order and its tracking.
What each status means
Order confirmed: We received your order and it is queued for printing.
In production: Your piece is being made. This takes 2–5 business days.
Shipped: Your order is with the carrier. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan.
In transit: On its way. US delivery takes 3–8 business days after shipping.
Delivered: The carrier marked it delivered. Check with household members, your mailroom, and neighbors, and allow 24 hours; carriers sometimes scan early.
When to contact us
Email hello.pawreve@gmail.com with your order number if:
- Tracking has not updated in 7 days
- Your order shows delivered but has not arrived after 48 hours
- Your package arrived damaged (include a photo of the item and packaging)
