Shipping & Production Times
Every PAWRÊVE piece is made to order, so your delivery date has two parts: production time and shipping time.
Production time
2–5 business days for all products. Production starts within hours of your order. During peak gifting seasons (mid-November to mid-December, and the two weeks before Mother's Day and Father's Day) production can take up to 7 business days. We post any delays here.

Most US orders arrive within 5–13 business days of ordering. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan. You can also use the Track Your Order page.
Multiple items
Items in the same order may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages on different days. You will receive tracking for each package. You are never charged extra for split shipments.
Holiday order deadlines
We publish Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Father's Day order-by dates on the homepage announcement bar and on this page at least six weeks before each date.
Duties and taxes
US orders have no duties. International orders may be subject to import duties or VAT charged by your local carrier on delivery. These are not included in our prices.
Where products are made
PAWRÊVE products are printed and finished by production partners in the United States. Some international orders are routed to a partner facility closer to you so they arrive faster and avoid customs delays.
